You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date excluding shipping charges (if applicable).
Please return items in brand new, unused condition with all hang tags attached and packaging. Shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on returned orders.
We do not accept returns on used bike apparel (bibs, shorts, jerseys, base layers, headwear, socks and under garments) for hygienic purposes. These items must never have be worn or washed and have all the original tags attached along with original packagings. We also do not return bicycles that have been ridden. We do not return purchased repair parts. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.
